Diary Diet Mama Aakif - Ep. 11

Early morning - 600ml water + 400ml tea mix
Breakfast - 300ml Shake (300ml water+2tbsp F1+2tbsp oat) + 400ml water + 400ml tea mix
Snack - 1pc green apple + 400ml water + 400ml tea mix
Lunch - Nasi Lauk + 400ml water + 400ml tea mix
In Between - 1000ml water + 400ml tea mix + 2pcs banana + 2pcs Jacobs Hi-Fiber + small packet of Twisties
Dinner - 300ml Shake (300ml water+2tbsp F1+2tbsp oat) + 400ml water + 1pc pear + 4pcs popia goreng (small size) + 750ml water + 650ml tea mix

Total plain water : 3.95L
Total tea mix : 2.65L

Lunch
nasi suku+sayur bayam+ikan kembung goreng+kuah asam pedas
