Diary Diet Mama Aakif - Ep. 15

Early morning - 500ml water + 400ml tea mix
Breakfast - 250ml Shake (250ml water+2tbsp F1) + 800ml water
Snack - 2pcs Chicken Mayo Sandwiches (Wholemeal) + 400ml water + 800ml tea mix
Lunch - 1 bowl of Oat Crunch with green apple + 1pcs of wholegrain gardenia bread + 800ml water + 400ml tea mix
In Between - Marigold 0% Fat Yogurt + 800ml water
Dinner - 250ml Shake (250ml water+2tbsp F1) + 400ml water + 400ml tea mix + 2pcs Jacobs Hi-Fiber + 1pc of oblong burger + 250ml Marigold 0% Fat Yogurt Drink

Total plain water : 3.7L
Total tea mix : 2.0L

i still berusaha utk kurangkan KG lg,msih dlm peringkat permulaan...

sj jer try HL smula coz time blum kawen dl,mmg ada ambil produk HL ni hah...

so far,br trun 2KG(~.~)
now metabolisma badan xsm cam zaman bujang...so i think,take times jugak nak trun KG2 tu hah...tp takpe,i still consume HL coz nak hit target,hehehehe

haaaaaa okay gud job...i pun nak jugak menguruskan diri ni kekekekeke, so kenalah buat sesuatu kan kot2 dpt body mcm RCW!!hahahahaha
