Diary Diet Mama Aakif - Ep. 24

Early morning - 500ml water
Breakfast - 250ml Shake (250ml water+2tbsp F1) + 400ml water
Snack - 1pc green apple + 800ml water
Lunch - Nasi Lauk + 800ml water
In Between - 2pcs Oat Cookies + lontong (sikit) + 800ml water
Dinner - 250ml Shake (250ml water+2tbsp F1) + 1200ml water

Total plain water : 4.5L
Total tea mix : NONE


 
 nasi suku+sayur melambak+ikan kembung bakar

best gak boleh makan nasi.ai x boleh mkn nasi dah. bila makan jer rasa nak muntah bagai.huhuhu..peot dah x mau nasiklah weii

diet HL mmg blh ambil nasi...tp kne kawal gak laaa...tp skrg pun,i dah kurangkan mkn nasi (jk tringin sgt,kan mkn nasi pd ari sabtu&ahad)...

menipu laa jk i xterbabas mkn!!!...mmg ada kdg2 terbabas tp pastu i pulun blk diet(^___^)....
