Early morning - 500ml water + 400ml tea mix
Breakfast - 300ml Shake (300ml water+2tbsp F1+2tbsp oat) + 400ml water + 400ml tea mix
Snack - 1pc green apple + 400ml water + 800ml tea mix
Lunch - Nasi Lauk + 400ml water + 400ml tea mix
In Between - 1000ml water + 400ml tea mix + 3pcs kuih koci + 1 1/2 half capati with kuah kari daging (just cicah kuah ajer)
Dinner - 250ml Shake (250ml water+2tbsp F1+2tbsp oat) + 400ml water
Total plain water : 2.7L
Total tea mix : 2.4L Breaks1st
Lunch
nasi suku+sayur melambak+telo masin+kuah sup+ikan goreng
