Diary Diet Mama Aakif - Ep. 10

Early morning - 500ml water
Breakfast - 300ml Shake (300ml water+2tbsp F1+2tbsp oat) + 400ml water
Snack - Tuna & Egg Sandwiches (2pcs)  + 1200ml water
Lunch - Nasi Lauk + 800ml water
In Between - 1packet Quaker Oat Cookies + 1000ml water + 400ml tea mix
Dinner - 300ml Shake (300ml water+2tbsp F1+2tbsp oat) + 800ml water + 800ml tea mix

Total plain water : 4.7L
Total tea mix : 1.2L



 Break1st 

Lunch
nasi suku+ikan kembung asam pedas+sayur melambak+1keping tempe goreng
