Early morning - 700ml water + 400ml tea mix
Breakfast - 300ml Shake (300ml water+3tbsp F1+2tbsp nestum) + 400ml water
Snack - 1 green apple + 1packet of Quaker Oat Cookies with Honey Nuts + 400ml tea mix + 1000ml water
Lunch - Nasi Goreng Cina + 2pcs pulut udang (size kecik) + 400ml tea mix + 400ml water + 200ml Redoxon
In Between - 400ml tea mix + 1000ml water + 2slices of Choc Chadbury (^__^)
Dinner - Koew Teow Goreng + 2pcs keropok belinjor + 400ml water
Total plain water : 3.9L
