Early morning - 700ml water + 400ml tea mix
Breakfast - 300ml Shake (300ml water+3tbsp F1+2tbsp nestum) + 400ml water
Snack - 1packet of Oat Krunch + 800ml tea mix + 800ml water
Lunch - Nasi Lauk + 400ml tea mix + 400ml water
In Between - 1packet of Quaker Oat Cookies Honey Nuts + Rojak (sikit) + 400ml tea mix + 1000ml water
Dinner - 300ml Shake (300ml water+3tbsp F1+3tbsp nestum) + 400ml water + 400ml tea mix + 200ml Redoxon
Total plain water : 3.7L
