Early morning - 500ml water + 400ml tea mix
Breakfast - No Shake coz bgun lewat
Snack - 1 bowl of Nestle Fitness with low fat milk + 400ml water + 400ml tea mix
Lunch - Nasi Lauk + Nasi Lemak (sikit) + 800ml tea mix + 1pc Julie's cookies
In Between - 2pcs putu mayam + 3pcs kuih vadei + 800ml tea mix
Dinner - 250ml Shake (250ml water+2tbsp F1) + 2pcs plum + 800ml tea mix + 1000ml water
Total plain water : 2.1L
Total tea mix : 3.2LSnack
now no more break1st mkn berat2...kecuali weekends,sometimes mmg ada terbabas mkn gak...tp kat opis,mmg aku konsisten giloss (@__@)...
