Diary Diet Mama Aakif - Ep. 26

Early morning - 250ml water
Breakfast - 250ml Shake (250ml water+2tbsp F1) + 400ml water
Snack - lontong + teh tarik (gelas kcik) + 1400ml water
Lunch - veg. salad + kerepek tempe + 400ml water
In Between - kuih-muih (1pc keledek goreng,3pcs ubi ketuk) + milo panas (gelas kcik) + 400ml water
Dinner - spaggeti + 400ml water

Total plain water : 3.25L
Total tea mix : NONE
