Early morning - 500ml water
Breakfast - 250ml Shake (250ml water+2tbsp F1) + 800ml water
Snack - 800ml water
Lunch - homemade veg. salad + 2pcs gardenia butterscotch + 800ml water
In Between - 800ml water + 3pcs gardenia butterscotch + 1pc of Hot&Roll Crispy Chicken & Cheese
Dinner - koew teow sup + lai chi kang panas + 400ml water

Total plain water : 4.1L
Total tea mix : NONE
