Early morning - 250ml water
Breakfast - 250ml Shake (250ml water+2tbsp F1) + 400ml water
Snack - mee goreng dgn telo mata + roti boom + milo panas (gelas kcik) + 800ml tea mix
Lunch - keropok lekor + 400ml water
In Between - 600ml yogurt drink + half red apple
Dinner - 8btg satay dgn 2ketul nasi impit (size kcik) + air soya
Total plain water : 650ML
Total tea mix : 800ML
