Breakfast - 250ml Shake (250ml water+2tbsp F1) + 400ml water
Snack - 1pack of Quaker Oat Cookies + 1200ml water
Lunch - veg. salad + 1pack of IKO + 800ml water
In Between - 2pcs Jacobs Hi-Fiber + 1pc colonel burger KFC + KFC Dinner Plate (1setengah ayam,soft drink xminum!!)+ 1200ml water
Dinner - 250ml Shake (250ml water+2tbsp F1) + 1900ml water + Marigold 0% Fat Yogurt Drink
