Diary Diet Mama Aakif - Ep. 16

Early morning - 500ml water + 400ml tea mix
Breakfast - 250ml Shake (250ml water+2tbsp F1) + 400ml water
Snack - 1pc green apple + 800ml water + 400ml tea mix
Lunch - 2pcs toast bread (plain) + Nasi Goreng Cina dgn telo mata + 400ml water + 800ml tea mix
In between - 1pc of Kuih Tepung Pelita + Puding Caramel + Big Mac (burger only+fries skit) + 800ml water
Dinner - 400ml tea mix

Total plain water : 2.9L
Total tea mix : 2.0L
