Diary Diet Mama Aakif - Ep. 5

Early morning - 700ml water + 400ml tea mix
Breakfast - 300ml Shake (300ml water+3tbsp F1+3tbsp nestum) + 400ml water
Snack - 1 bowl of Nestle Fitness+green apple with Low Fat Milk + 800ml tea mix
Lunch - Nasi Lauk + 400ml tea mix + 800ml water
In Between - 3pcs Ramly Fish Nugget + 2pcs Chicken Coctail Sausage + 400ml tea mix
Dinner - 300ml Shake (300ml water+3tbsp F1+3tbsp nestum) + 1 mug of Horlicks with 2pcs Jacobs Hi-Fiber + 1200ml water + 800ml tea mix

Total plain water : 3.1L
Total tea mix : 2.8L



 Snack
apa itu Snack??...snack pd aku ialah,something yg aku hrus mkn utk replace Break1st...since aku start  mkn HL,aku mmg dah xde mkn merapu+oily2+heavy2 time pg *dl slalu break1st dgn en.suami b4 msuk keje*...ada gak aku terbabas mkn time pg tp xde laa slalu *eksiden sedemikian slalu terjd time weekend,HeHeHe*...so bl dah terbabas mkn,hruslaa teguk Tea Mix byk2...jk tringin sgt nak mkn mmg aku kan mkn/jamah skit...xde laa pulun mkn smpai bertambah2 tahap  melampau!!!...
