Diary Diet Mama Aakif - Ep. 8

Early morning - 500ml water + 250ml tea mix
Breakfast - 300ml Shake (300ml water+3tbsp F1) + 400ml water
Snack - 1 packet of Oat Cookies Apple & Cinnamon + 1 green apple + 400ml tea mix + 1000ml water
Lunch - Nasi Lauk + 1000ml water
In Between - 3pcs Putu Bambu + 400ml water + 800ml water
Dinner - 300ml Shake (300ml water+2tbsp F1+2tbsp oat) + 1 mug Horlicks with 2pcs Jacobs Hi-Fiber + 800ml water

Total plain water : 4.9L
Total tea mix : 650ML
 


 nasi suku+ikan keli goreng+sayur melambak+kuah asam pedas
